1. Acceptance of Contract

By accessing our e-commerce website, browsing goods, submitting orders and completing checkout, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all regulations stated in this Terms of Service, Shipping Terms and Return & Refund Regulations. Our store reserves the right to revise policy content without separate notification to individual buyers. Updated provisions will be permanently published on our dedicated legal page, and your continued shopping behavior will be deemed automatic acceptance of revised clauses.

2. Purchase Eligibility & Authentic Information Obligation

Only customers who have reached the legal adult age in their receiving country are eligible to place orders. All identity, address, contact and payment information submitted at checkout must be true, complete and traceable. We reserve the right to cancel orders with false, invalid or unreachable buyer information without prior notice.

3. Product Introduction, Pricing & Promotion Rules

All product pictures, size parameters, material descriptions and functional introductions are consistent with physical products. Minor color deviation caused by screen display differences shall not be identified as product defects.

The price displayed on the settlement page only includes commodity value. Delivery fees, international import tariffs and local consumption taxes will be separately calculated and fully displayed before payment confirmation. No hidden extra charges will be added after payment.

Time-limited discounts, combo bundles and clearance promotions are only valid within the marked activity period. We retain the right to correct obvious price typo errors and do not need to fulfill orders generated under wrong marked prices.

4. Payment Security Agreement

Our store only supports official encrypted payment channels displayed on the checkout page. Our customer service team will never contact buyers to request offline remittance, private transfer or cash payment outside the website. All transaction records will be stored permanently for after-sales dispute verification.

5. Prohibited User Behaviors

All visitors and buyers are forbidden to carry out the following behaviors:

Submit a large number of false test orders, fraudulent transactions to interfere with normal warehouse operation;
Copy, capture, edit and commercially use our original product images, copywriting and page layout without written authorization;
Use crawlers, automatic scripts and robot tools to grab website data or disrupt order processing system;
Publish slanderous, false, misleading or copyright-infringing comments under product pages.

6. Active Order Cancellation Right of Merchants

We can cancel orders and refund all funds to the original payment channel under the following situations:

Goods are permanently out of stock and cannot be restocked within the stated delivery cycle;

Delivery address is incomplete, invalid and cannot be delivered after repeated confirmation;

Payment channel marks this transaction as high-risk or fraudulent;

Buyers violate any clause of this service agreement.

All refunds will be processed within 8–12 business days after order cancellation confirmation.

7. Liability Restriction Clause

The maximum compensation liability of our store for any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the order. We shall not be liable for indirect losses such as wage loss and extra travel expenses caused by logistics delay, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require additional compensation.

8. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Laws

All shopping disputes shall first be resolved through communication with our official customer service team. If the negotiation cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the destination country of the package.
