Shipping Terms

1. Order Sorting & Packing Cycle

All fully paid orders will be sorted, packed and arranged for delivery within 3–5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and national statutory holidays do not count as business days and will not trigger order processing. Pre-sale products will display independent production and delivery cycles on each product page.

2. Reference Delivery Time by Region

The delivery cycle is calculated from the date the goods leave our warehouse, only applicable to standard international logistics:
  • Mainland United States: 11–18 business days
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 12–22 business days
  • All EU member countries: 14–27 business days

    All delivery times are reference values. Customs inspection backlog, local courier overload and extreme weather will cause uncontrollable delays, for which we shall not be held responsible.

3. Freight Calculation & Free Shipping Rules

Delivery fees will be automatically calculated on the checkout page according to package weight, size and receiving area. Free shipping benefits only apply to orders that meet the clear minimum consumption threshold marked on the homepage and product banners. No hidden delivery surcharges will be charged after payment.

4. Customs Duties & Tax Liability Statement

All import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local sales taxes incurred when the package arrives at the destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer. We will truthfully declare product value and category in accordance with international logistics regulations and cannot bear any customs-related expenses for buyers.

5. Parcel Tracking Service

After the goods are delivered out of the warehouse, we will send an exclusive tracking number and logistics query link to your registered email address. You can check the transportation progress at any time. If there is no logistics update for more than 9 consecutive days, please submit a service ticket to customer service for logistics investigation.

6. Processing of Undeliverable & Refused Parcels

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, overtime pickup or invalid address, all return freight shall be borne by the buyer. If you need us to resend the goods, you need to pay all secondary delivery fees in advance. If you apply for a full refund after the goods are returned to the warehouse, the original delivery fee paid at checkout will not be reimbursed.

7. Delivery Restricted Areas

We do not deliver goods to PO boxes, military restricted areas, internationally sanctioned regions and territories restricted by cross-border trade agreements. Logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk marked addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such pending shipments.
